Strange Tenants are an Australian based Ska band who've been around since the early 80's and are still kicking!
Considered the Godfathers of Australian Ska, Strange Tenants have been bashing out their version of Jamaican Ska for the Aussie dance halls and are still going strong.
I chat with Bruce Hearn, co-founder, lead singer and trumpet player of Strange Tenants in this interview. Bruce tells all the highs and lows of being in a band, skinheads, Jimmy Cliff and no management!
These guys are hero's of mine so I jumped at the chance for an interview. They've recently released a new album and have had a book written about them by a devoted fan.
